My beautiful son was born April 27, 2009. At the time of his birth, I was a single mom living in a 900 sq ft condo, and wanted more for him. I promised my son that I would make sure he had a backyard to play in before he turned one. In August of 2009 I met Adam and told him my dream. Over the course of six months Adam and I worked closely to ensure I had my credit score high enough, saved the money needed to put down on a house, and started the search to complete my dream for my dear son. On April 26, 2010, I signed the papers to the title of my very own home with a backyard for my son to play in. To this day, I credit Adam for seeing my dream come true. He was always available to talk to, look at homes with, questions were answered immediately and the process couldn't have been a more pleasant one for this single mom. I didn't know when I met him that this dream would ever come to fruition. But it did. And I have Adam to thank for it all. He continues to be a resource, trusted advisor and friend.
